Una pequeña anecdota: investigando sobre el grupo me percate que la mayoria de los videos que hay de The xx tiene como fondo esa "x" blanca, tanto en youtube como en algunos blogs. Se me hizo de lo mas normal debido al nombre del grupo.
En youtube me tope con varios videos oficiales de ellos, de pronto entendi por que nadie linkeaba esos videos.
De vez en cuando uno debe de leer los comentarios que pone la gente, y preguntarse si uno hace lo mismo. A algunas personas simplemente les encanta joder u_U ahhahahahahah.
El grupo en cuestion se llama The xx y son un trío de Londres formado por Romy Madley Croft (voz y guitarra), Oliver Sim (voz, bajo), y Jamie Smith (batería, MPC sampler).
Unidos por un amor común a la oscuridad, a los sonidos de las guitarras ochenteras y al R&B Americano, el sonido único de The xx se corresponde con el de una banda cuyas influencias musicales incluyen desde Aaliyah hasta Cocorosie, RIHANA(O_o wtf!?),
a The Cure, Missy Elliott a The Chromatics o desde Mariah Carey a Pixies.
